It’s been a busy week for Wellington High School! This week’s Wrap Up brings updates from Rockquest, as well as a final reminder for the Pasifika families shared dinner.
This week the Wrap Up shares an invitation to our Pasifika families shared dinner and celebrates success at the Ethics Olympiad. We also feature our most recent lunchtime lecture and an update from He Kākano.
In this week’s Wrap Up, we celebrate Class of 2022 Jonathan Dransfield, who was recognised as the NCEA Top Scholar in Printmaking at the Beehive this week! We also have the debut full length album from the student band ‘Bleeding Star’, as well as some important information regarding the upcoming Open Evening.
In this week’s Wrap Up, we celebrate students taking part in a number of events, including the Relay for Life, and the Regional Regatta Championships. We also have some important information regarding the PPTA industrial action on Wednesday and the upcoming Open Evening for prospective students.
Welcome back to Term 2! We hope you all had a relaxing and refreshing holiday, and are ready to jump back into Term 2. In this first Wrap Up of Term 2, we have some updates from the end of last term, as well as an album launch from some of our students, and an important reminder from our finance team.
In the last Wrap Up for Term 1, we have updates from many different national sporting competitions, from Waka Ama to Climbing to Underwater Hockey. We wish everyone a very safe and restful Easter break, and look forward to seeing you refreshed and ready for Term 2!
This week we celebrate three students at the Absolutely Positively Wellington student awards for their contributions to the community, and also two of our staff members who competed in the NZ Nation Hockey Masters.
