High Staff – winners - of the The Wakefield Boot 2009
In Staff vs Student Sports 2009 series results were:
Football: draw 2-2 Volleyball: staff win 2-0 Basketball: staff win 60-59
Touch Rugby: staff win 4-2 Netball: staff win 21-12
Despite huge opposition and crowd support for students staff preserved and won the Boot.
While they were lucky to squeak home in the basketball and draw the football the staff won the other four codes quite convincingly and really issued a challenged to students for 2010.
